Healthy Living Week 11th-15th September

September the start of a new you!

Most of us have our cars serviced regularly because prevention is better than cure yet we often fail to apply the same discipline to our own health and wellbeing.

During September the Health and Wellbeing Centre will see a series of events and activities to help you keep well and feel better.

A Walking exhibition in the Community Room highlights lots of lovely local walks from the town and nearby. You could also join one of our guided walking for health walks, there’s everything from half an hour on the flat to two hours over the hills.

Help to Quit / Help to Slim – Monday 11th September 10am-2pm – drop in a chat to Allison about the support Help 2 Change can give you to give up smoking or lose weight. It’s free and open to all.
